Do we have a pool / hot tub
We do not have a pool or hot tub onsite, but the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center — just a 3-minute walk away —offers these amenities
Is the Brewhaus going to be open during my stay
The Shipyard Brewhaus operates from mid-December to mid-April and during Homecoming Weekend. If your dates aren’t listed on their website, assume it’s closed
Is breakfast included in my stay
Breakfast is not included. However, the Brewhaus serves breakfast during its operational season.
Are you pet friendly
Inn rooms are not pet-friendly, but our townhouse option allows dogs
Are there handicap accessible rooms available
Yes, we have one ADA-compliant room (Room 103) on the 1st floor. Please note that this room is located beneath the bar
Can I bring an air mattress
Due to fire marshal restrictions, air mattresses are not allowed. We do offer cotss for $35 per night
What discounts are available
- Season Pass Holders: 10% discount during the season for any pass that includes Sugarloaf (e.g., Ikon, New England).
- Group Discounts: Discounts available for groups booking 4+ rooms.

Getting Here
From Portland, ME | 2.25 Hours
Take I-95 North toward Augusta.
Take Exit 112B for ME-27 North toward Farmington.
Continue on ME-27 North through Kingfield and into Carrabassett Valley.
Look for Sugarloaf Access Road on your left.
From Boston, MA | 3.5 Hours
Take I-95 North into Maine.
Take Exit 75 for ME-4 North to Farmington.
In Farmington, follow signs for ME-27 North toward Carrabassett Valley.
Turn left onto Sugarloaf Access Road.
